Abstract

Peningkatan tekanan regulasi, tuntutan pasar, dan kesadaran lingkungan dalam sektor logistik mendorong perusahaan mengintegrasikan praktik keberlanjutan dalam operasionalnya. Namun, bukti empiris mengenai hubungan antara armada ramah lingkungan, hub ramah lingkungan, dan keberlanjutan operasional terhadap efisiensi distribusi serta implikasinya terhadap kinerja perusahaan masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh armada ramah lingkungan, hub ramah lingkungan, dan keberlanjutan operasional terhadap efisiensi distribusi serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada PT Pos Indonesia Kantor Cabang Utama Medan sebagai objek riset. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 140 orang. Analisis data dilakukan melalui pemodelan persamaan struktural berbasis varians dengan pengujian validitas, reliabilitas, dan hubungan antarvariabel pada tingkat signifikansi lima persen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa armada ramah lingkungan, hub ramah lingkungan, dan keberlanjutan operasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efisiensi distribusi, dengan keberlanjutan operasional sebagai variabel paling dominan. Efisiensi distribusi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan strategi logistik berkelanjutan yang terintegrasi mampu meningkatkan efisiensi distribusi dan memperkuat kinerja perusahaan secara keseluruhan.
