Pengaruh Literasi Hijau dan Budaya Organisasi Hijau terhadap Perilaku Inovasi Hijau dengan Niat Karyawan Berperilaku Hijau sebagai Variabel Mediasi pada Karyawan Generasi Z

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji adanya pengaruh antara Literasi Hijau dan Budaya Organisasi Hijau  terhadap Perilaku Inovasi Hijau dengan Niat Karyawan berperilaku Hijau sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan generasi Z. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan kuesioner menggunakan google form 150 orang karyawan generasi Z di Kota Salatiga dan analisis SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi hijau, budaya organisasi hijau, dan niat karyawan berperilaku hijau berpengaruh terhadap perilaku inovasi hijau serta variabel literasi hijau dan budaya organisasi hijau  berpengaruh terhadap niat karyawan berperilaku hijau. Niat karyawan berperilaku hijau juga terbukti dapat memediasi pengaruh literasi hijau terhadap perilaku inovasi hijau. Namun, niat karyawan berperilaku hijau tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi hijau terhadap perilaku inovasi hijau.
