Abstract

Dalam sistem dukungan operasi militer, pemenuhan kebutuhan air tawar merupakan faktor krusial yang dipengaruhi oleh efektivitas sistem logistik dan distribusi logistik cair. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem pendukung logistik cair dan distribusi logistik cair terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan air tawar melalui kinerja Water Treatment Plant (WTP).

Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode PLS-SEM pada personel pengguna sistem logistik cair berbasis WTP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa distribusi logistik cair memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja WTP dan pemenuhan kebutuhan air tawar. Selain itu, kinerja WTP terbukti berperan sebagai variabel mediasi yang signifikan dalam hubungan antara sistem logistik dan pemenuhan kebutuhan air.

Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan pemenuhan kebutuhan air dalam operasi militer tidak hanya bergantung pada kapasitas pengolahan air, tetapi juga pada efektivitas sistem distribusi logistik cair. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi berupa model integratif antara sistem logistik dan kinerja WTP dalam konteks operasional militer.
