Lean Digital Transformation Beyond Manufacturing: A Contingency-Based Systematic Review Across Service Archetypes. Penelitian ini membahas tantangan yang dihadapi organisasi jasa dalam merespons disrupsi teknologi dan tuntutan peningkatan kinerja. Objek penelitian adalah Lean Digital Transformation pada professional services, service shops, dan service factories. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis bagaimana integrasi prinsip Lean dan teknologi digital memengaruhi kinerja organisasi pada berbagai konteks layanan. Metode yang digunakan adalah systematic literature review terhadap artikel jurnal ilmiah periode 2015–2025 dengan prosedur seleksi terstruktur dan sintesis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan efisiensi operasional, kualitas layanan, pengalaman pelanggan, dan pengalaman karyawan sangat bergantung pada keselarasan antara praktik optimasi proses, infrastruktur digital, dan kapabilitas organisasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penciptaan nilai dalam transformasi digital sektor jasa bersifat sosio-teknis dan tergantung pada konfigurasi yang selaras secara strategis, bukan pada adopsi teknologi secara terpisah.
