Analisis Hubungan antara Kepuasan Pasien, Persepsi Keparahan, dan Kualitas Hidup Pasien Diabetes Mellitus

Diabetes mellitus merupakan penyakit kronis yang dapat menurunkan kualitas hidup pasien, baik dari aspek fisik, psikologis, maupun sosial. Kualitas hidup tidak hanya dipengaruhi kondisi klinis, tetapi juga faktor psikososial seperti kepuasan terhadap pelayanan kesehatan dan persepsi keparahan penyakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan antara kepuasan pasien, persepsi keparahan, dan kualitas hidup pasien diabetes mellitus di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel sebanyak 100 responden dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi kuesioner PSQ-18, kuesioner perceived severity berdasarkan Health Belief Model, dan kuesioner DQOL. Analisis data menggunakan path analysis. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki kepuasan kategori puas (51%), persepsi keparahan rendah (78%), dan kualitas hidup kurang baik (85%). Uji korelasi menunjukkan hubungan signifikan antara kepuasan dengan kualitas hidup, persepsi keparahan dengan kualitas hidup, serta kepuasan dengan persepsi keparahan. Analisis jalur menunjukkan kepuasan pasien berpengaruh signifikan terhadap persepsi keparahan dan kualitas hidup, serta persepsi keparahan berpengaruh terhadap kualitas hidup. Persepsi keparahan berperan sebagai mediator parsial dengan pengaruh tidak langsung. Kepuasan pasien dan persepsi keparahan berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien diabetes mellitus. Pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas perlu diintegrasikan dengan pendekatan psikososial untuk membentuk persepsi yang adaptif dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien.
