Kesejahteraan tenaga kerja internasional dan peran strategis Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Internasional dalam pengelolaannya. mengidentifikasi adanya kebijakan, isu kritis, serta peran teknologi dalam mendukung kesehatan, keselamatan, dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja karyawan global. Kompleksitas dalam standarisasi kebijakan kesejahteraan, urgensi manajemen risiko dan krisis bagi ekspatriat, serta potensi besar HRIS dalam mendukung fungsi IHRM dan kesejahteraan, dihadapkan pada tantangan implementasi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan perlu untuk memberikan persiapan dan dukungan yang komprehensif dan terintegrasi dalam IHRM.
