Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tinjauan Pustaka terkait personal engagement, personalization, dan technological infrastructure terhadap e-customer. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tinjauan pustaka untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi konektivitas dengan e-customers. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan,, (1) customer engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap e-customer, (2) personalization berpengaruh positif terhadap e-customer, (3) technological infastructure berpengaruh positif terhadap e-customer.
