Batasan struktur kesisteman pendidikan islam di indonesia sangat dibatasi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu: Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, Perkembangan Masyarakat,Perkembangan ekonomi, Perkembangan Politik Islam, Perkembangan agama dan budaya masyarakat yang berkembang diindonesia sehingga ini sangat dilihat dari berbagai dimensi kesisteman yakni Konsep dasar sistem secara umum dapat dijelaskan sebagai berikut: 1) Komponen-komponen sistem saling berhubungan satu sama. 2) Suatu keseluruhan tanpa memisahkan komponen pembentukannya. 3) Bersama- sama dalam mencapai tujuan. 4) Memiliki input dan output. 5) Terdapat proses yang merubah input menjadi output. 6) Terdapat aturan. 7) Terdapat subsistem yang lebih kecil. 8) Terdapat deferensiasi antar subsistem. 9) Terdapat tujuan yang sama meskipun mulainya berbeda. Untuk memahami atau mengembangkan suatu sistem, maka perlu membedakan unsur-unsur dari pembentukan sebuah sistem.
