Pengaruh Work Climate terhadap Job Performance: Studi Literature Review

Iklim kerja merupakan salah satu faktor psikologis yang secara konsisten terbukti memengaruhi perilaku dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara komprehensif pengaruh iklim kerja terhadap kinerja kerja melalui pendekatan literature review dengan menganalisis berbagai publikasi ilmiah dari jurnal internasional dan nasional bereputasi. Metode tinjauan pustaka digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi dimensi iklim kerja yang paling relevan, memetakan kekuatan hubungan antarvariabel, serta menelaah mekanisme mediasi dan moderasi yang ditunjukkan dalam berbagai studi empiris sebelumnya. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa iklim kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kerja di berbagai sektor, termasuk kesehatan, manufaktur, pendidikan, layanan publik, dan industri global. Iklim kerja yang positif yang ditandai dengan dukungan manajerial, kejelasan peran, hubungan interpersonal yang harmonis, serta keamanan fisik dan psikologis—mampu meningkatkan motivasi, keterlibatan kerja, kepuasan kerja, pemberdayaan psikologis, dan harmonious work passion, yang seluruhnya berperan sebagai mediator utama dalam peningkatan kinerja. Tinjauan ini menegaskan bahwa iklim kerja merupakan determinan utama kinerja karena mencerminkan persepsi karyawan terhadap lingkungan kerja yang mereka alami sehari-hari. Oleh karena itu, organisasi perlu memprioritaskan penciptaan iklim kerja yang kondusif dan suportif guna menjamin peningkatan kinerja yang berkelanjutan.
