Tata Kelola Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek untuk Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter: Studi Kasus Komparatif Program Profil Pelajar Pancasila di Sekolah Menengah Atas

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis manajemen program pendidikan karakter berbasis Planning, Organizing, Actuating, dan Controlling (POAC) dalam meningkatkan kompetensi peserta didik di sekolah dasar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain multiple case study pada SD Negeri Gadog Kecamatan Pacet dan SD Negeri Puncak 2 Kecamatan Cipanas, Kabupaten Cianjur. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan program dilakukan secara partisipatif melalui integrasi nilai karakter dalam RKS dan RKT, pengorganisasian program didukung oleh kepemimpinan kolaboratif antara kepala sekolah, guru, dan komite sekolah, pelaksanaan program berlangsung melalui pembiasaan budaya sekolah serta kegiatan intrakurikuler, kokurikuler, dan ekstrakurikuler, sedangkan pengendalian dilakukan melalui supervisi dan evaluasi rutin. Implementasi manajemen berbasis POAC berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kompetensi holistik peserta didik yang meliputi sikap, pengetahuan, keterampilan, serta kemampuan kolaborasi dan tanggung jawab sosial. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa manajemen pendidikan karakter yang sistematis dapat menjadi strategi transformasi budaya sekolah dalam mendukung pengembangan kompetensi siswa secara berkelanjutan.
