Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pengaruh pengalaman kerja, pelatihan, dan keterampilan komunikasi terhadap kinerja petugas pendataan, dengan pendekatan studi pustaka dalam bidang Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia. Tujuan utama artikel ini adalah merumuskan hipotesis terkait hubungan antar variabel yang dapat menjadi dasar untuk penelitian lebih lanjut. Kajian pustaka dilakukan menggunakan platform online seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley, serta sumber akademik online lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research, dengan memanfaatkan e-book dan jurnal elektronik akses terbuka. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang hubungan antar variabel yang diteliti. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Pengalaman kerja berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja petugas pendataan; 2) Pelatihan berperan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi dan efektivitas kerja petugas; dan 3) Keterampilan komunikasi yang baik turut mendukung kinerja dengan memperkuat interaksi dan penyampaian informasi yang lebih efektif.
