Pengembangan Regulasi Penggunaan Artificial Intelligence pada Bidang Kesehatan di Indonesia pada Aspek Hukum dan Etika

Penelitian ini membahas pengembangan regulasi terkait penggunaan Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) dalam bidang kesehatan di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada aspek hukum dan etika. Teknologi AI telah berkembang pesat di seluruh dunia, khususnya di sektor kesehatan, dan menawarkan solusi yang menjanjikan untuk mengatasi tantangan sistemik dalam sistem kesehatan Indonesia. Dengan jumlah penduduk sekitar 270 juta dan struktur geografis yang kompleks, Indonesia menghadapi ketimpangan besar dalam akses layanan kesehatan. Masalah ini diperburuk oleh kurangnya infrastruktur kesehatan di daerah terpencil. Potensi AI untuk mengatasi kesenjangan ini sangat besar, karena dapat membantu dalam memberikan layanan kesehatan yang lebih efisien dan terjangkau. Penelitian ini menggali kerangka hukum yang diperlukan untuk mengatur penggunaan AI dalam sektor kesehatan, memastikan kepatuhan pada standar etika dan perlindungan hak pasien. Studi ini juga mempertimbangkan dampak regulasi AI terhadap sistem hukum Indonesia dan mengusulkan solusi kebijakan untuk mendukung inovasi sambil memastikan keselamatan publik dan keadilan dalam penyelenggaraan layanan kesehatan.
