Pengaruh Flexible Working dan Human Resources Support terhadap Produktivitas Serta Dampaknya terhadap Kinerja (Studi pada Pegawai Bank Indonesia Provinsi Sumatera Barat)

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk investigasi analisis hubungan flexible working, Human Resources Support terhadap produktivitas serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar di seluruh unit dan karyawan di kantor perwakilan Bank Indonesia Provinsi Sumatera Barat sebanyak 57 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan software SmartPLS mulai dari model pengukuran (outer model), model struktural (inner model), dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa (1) Human Resources Support tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas; (2) Human Resources Support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja; (3) Flexible working berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja; (4) Flexible working berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja; (5) Produktivitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Kebijakan kerja fleksibel, seperti pengaturan jam kerja adaptif atau kebijakan hybrid seperti pelatihan, seminar, maupun workshop serta metode kerja alternatif, dapat dipertahankan sebagai strategi manajemen pascapandemi untuk meningkatkan kinerja.
