Analisis Pengaruh Pengadaan Jasa, Pergudangan, dan Informasi Digital terhadap Kinerja Logistik melalui Distribusi sebagai Variabel Mediasi pada PT Pos Indonesia Kantor Cabang Utama Palembang

Abstract

Penurunan pendapatan pada layanan logistik sebesar 95,94% serta pencapaian logistics zero defect yang baru mencapai 87,20% dari target perusahaan sebesar 95% menunjukkan adanya permasalahan dalam kinerja logistik PT Pos Indonesia Kantor Cabang Utama Palembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji keterkaitan antara pengadaan jasa, pergudangan, informasi digital, distribusi, dan kinerja logistik. Distribusi ditempatkan sebagai variabel mediasi yang menjelaskan pengaruh ketiga faktor operasional tersebut terhadap kinerja logistik. Data diperoleh dari 110 pegawai yang pekerjaannya berkaitan dengan kegiatan operasional logistik. Hubungan antarvariabel dalam model diestimasi menggunakan pemodelan persamaan struktural berbasis partial least squares dengan bantuan SmartPLS 3. Hasil estimasi menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Logistik dijelaskan secara langsung oleh Pengadaan Jasa (β = 0,180; p = 0,009), Gudang (β = 0,172; p = 0,004), Informasi Digital (β = 0,252; p = 0,006), dan Distribusi (β = 0,382; p < 0,001). Distribusi juga dijelaskan oleh Pengadaan Jasa (β = 0,414; p < 0,001), Gudang (β = 0,285; p = 0,001), dan Informasi Digital (β = 0,247; p = 0,030). Estimasi pengaruh tidak langsung memberikan dukungan empiris terhadap peran mediasi Distribusi pada ketiga hubungan yang diajukan. Hasil tersebut menempatkan Distribusi sebagai jalur operasional yang meneruskan perbaikan pengelolaan vendor, kegiatan pergudangan, dan pemanfaatan informasi menuju peningkatan Kinerja Logistik. Kontribusi penelitian terletak pada penjelasan empiris mengenai kedudukan Distribusi sebagai perantara antara ketiga faktor operasional dan Kinerja Logistik.
