Transformasi digital telah muncul sebagai elemen krusial dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan logistik. Untuk mencapai keunggulan layanan, banyak bisnis masih kesulitan mengintegrasikan teknologi digital dengan sukses. Keberhasilan transformasi digital, yang berdampak pada kualitas layanan logistik, dipandang sangat dibantu oleh kepemimpinan yang tangkas dan kecakapan logistik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji bagaimana kepemimpinan yang tangkas dan keahlian logistik memengaruhi transformasi digital dan bagaimana hal tersebut memengaruhi kualitas layanan logistik. Kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan di industri jasa pengiriman digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam studi kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa transformasi digital dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh kepemimpinan yang tangkas dan kapabilitas logistik. Selain itu, transformasi digital terbukti sangat meningkatkan kualitas layanan logistik. Hasil ini sejalan dengan studi lain yang menyoroti pentingnya keterampilan digital dan kepemimpinan yang adaptif dalam mendorong inovasi dan efektivitas operasional. Kesimpulan studi ini menekankan bahwa untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan kinerja bisnis, organisasi harus meningkatkan kepemimpinan yang tangkas, memperkuat keterampilan logistik karyawan, dan memaksimalkan taktik transformasi digital.
