Abstract

Peran green logistics, inovasi teknologi, dan efisiensi organisasi logistik menjadi aspek krusial di tengah tekanan global terhadap keberlanjutan dan efisiensi operasional pelabuhan. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya emisi karbon di Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok dan belum optimalnya efektivitas praktik logistik hijau dan digitalisasi terhadap kinerja operasional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana ketiga variabel tersebut memengaruhi kinerja operasional PT Pelabuhan Indonesia melalui kinerja transportasi laut sebagai variabel mediasi. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), penelitian ini menguji hubungan antar variabel dengan sampel 200 responden dari manajer dan staf logistik di PT Pelabuhan Indonesia, Tanjung Priok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi teknologi dan efisiensi organisasi logistik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja transportasi laut dan secara tidak langsung meningkatkan kinerja operasional. Namun, temuan pentingnya adalah green logistics tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja transportasi laut. Kesimpulannya, peningkatan kinerja operasional pelabuhan utamanya didorong oleh inovasi teknologi dan efisiensi organisasi, sementara implementasi green logistics masih perlu diperkuat untuk memberikan dampak nyata.
