Pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention di PT XYZ

Perusahaan industri pariwisata dan perhotelan (termasuk agen perjalanan) menghadapi tantangan turnover, sehingga perlu dilakukan evaluasi untuk mencegah peningkatan jumlah turnover karyawan dengan mengevaluasi turnover intention. Banyak faktor dapat mempengaruhi turnover intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di PT Global Tiket Network (tiket.com) dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Simple random sampling berjumlah 152 responden. Analisis data dengan metode analisis Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa beban kerja (? = 0,304; t-statistik = 3,821; p-values < 0,001) berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention dan lingkungan kerja (? = -0,245; t-statistik = 3,342; p-values < 0,001) berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention, serta. Rekomendasi penelitian ini, perusahaan perlu memperhatikan faktor beban kerja yang diterima karyawan dan kualitas lingkungan kerja organisasi untuk mencegah turnover intention karyawan.
