Meningkatkan Kinerja Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa: Analisis Kompetensi PPK, Kapabilitas Penyedia dan Implementasi e-Katalog adalah artikel ilmiah studi literatur dalam lingkup SDM. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk membangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variabel yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian lebih lanjut. Objek penelitian adalah perpustakaan online, Google Scholar, Mendeley dan media online akademik lainnya. Metode penelitian dengan riset pustaka bersumber dari e-book dan jurnal elektronik akses terbuka. Analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil artikel ini: 1) Kompetensi PPK berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa; 2) Kapabilitas Penyedia berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa; dan 3) Implementasi e-Katalog berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa.
