Digital Transformation and Green Innovation: The Role of Ambidexterity and CSR in SMEs

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Corporate social responsibility (CSR) sebagai variabel moderasi dalam hubungan antara organizational ambidexterity, digital transformation, dan green innovation pada Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) di Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan metode SEM-PLS terhadap 200 pelaku UKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa organizational ambidexterity berpengaruh positif terhadap digital transformation, serta digital transformation berpengaruh positif terhadap green innovation. Selain itu, digital transformation memediasi hubungan antara organizational ambidexterity dan green innovation. CSR terbukti memperkuat pengaruh digital transformation terhadap green innovation, sehingga pemanfaatan teknologi digital lebih terarah pada inovasi berkelanjutan. Secara deskriptif, responden didominasi sektor food and beverage (22,5%) dan UKM dengan tenaga kerja kurang dari 10 orang (65,5%). Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya sinergi antara kemampuan organisasi, digitalisasi, dan tanggung jawab sosial dalam mendorong inovasi hijau pada UKM.
