Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi, mengevaluasi keunggulan dan kelemahan, serta mengidentifikasi kendala dan strategi pengembangan aplikasi BUSSIM sebagai media pembelajaran bisnis interaktif di era digital. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus pada PT. Harfan Tri Megah. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik pengkodean dan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi BUSSIM dilakukan melalui integrasi simulasi proses bisnis yang memungkinkan visualisasi keterkaitan antar fungsi manajemen. Keunggulan utama aplikasi terletak pada kemampuannya meningkatkan pemahaman konseptual dan mendorong refleksi pengambilan keputusan. Namun demikian, terdapat kendala berupa ketergantungan pada pendamping, stabilitas sistem yang belum optimal, serta keterbatasan fitur analisis keuangan. Strategi pengembangan diarahkan pada penyempurnaan teknis, penguatan fitur analitik, serta peningkatan desain pedagogis. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada penguatan konsep experiential learning dalam konteks digital serta memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pengembangan media pembelajaran bisnis berbasis simulasi.
