Dari Manajemen Informal Menuju Tata Kelola Terstruktur: Studi Komparatif Ekstrakurikuler Olahraga di Sekolah Dasar

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis secara komparatif manajemen ekstrakurikuler olahraga di SDN Jagabaya 01 dan SDN Sinarbahagia Kabupaten Bandung dalam aspek perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi program. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus komparatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap kepala sekolah, guru PJOK, pelatih, dan siswa. Analisis data dilakukan secara tematik melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua sekolah memiliki karakteristik manajemen yang berbeda. SDN Jagabaya 01 masih menerapkan pola pengelolaan yang bersifat informal dan bergantung pada individu tertentu (individual-dependent management), sehingga keberlanjutan program sangat dipengaruhi oleh kapasitas personal guru olahraga. Sebaliknya, SDN Sinarbahagia menunjukkan pola manajemen yang lebih terstruktur dan kolaboratif melalui integrasi program ke dalam perencanaan sekolah, pembagian tugas yang lebih sistematis, pelaksanaan latihan yang partisipatif, serta evaluasi berbasis data dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kualitas tata kelola sekolah berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas, kapasitas adaptasi, dan keberlanjutan program ekstrakurikuler olahraga dalam mendukung prestasi non-akademik siswa sekolah dasar.
