Abstract

Artikel ini membahas strategi komunikasi Badan Gizi Nasional (BGN) dalam melibatkan pemangku kepentingan saat merespons krisis keracunan makanan pada Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) yang terjadi di sejumlah wilayah pada 2025. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis strategi komunikasi dan manajemen pemangku kepentingan yang tepat untuk merespons krisis yang berpotensi merusak reputasi lembaga dan kepercayaan publik terhadap program. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus, melalui studi literatur serta analisis dokumen/sumber sekunder terkait insiden keracunan MBG dan respons BGN. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa krisis MBG menuntut pemetaan dan prioritisasi pemangku kepentingan secara sistematis, misalnya melalui stakeholder salience model dan power-interest matrix, untuk menentukan kelompok yang perlu ditangani segera. Artikel ini mengidentifikasi kelompok pemangku kepentingan berdasarkan atribut power, legitimacy, dan urgency. Implikasi temuan menekankan perlunya strategi komunikasi berbasis transparansi, akuntabilitas, dialog dua arah, kolaborasi lintas Lembaga, serta langkah perbaikan sistemik untuk memulihkan kepercayaan publik dan menjaga keberlanjutan program.
