Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan tingkat intervensi yang tepat serta mengidentifikasi aspek prioritas utama dalam pengembangan pendidikan vokasi yang membutuhkan keterlibatan Dunia Usaha dan Dunia Industri (DUDI). Studi ini menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) yang dirancang untuk menganalisis perspektif pemangku kepentingan pendidikan vokasi seperti pelaku industri/usaha, pembuat kebijakan, dan akademisi.  Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang melibatkan berbagai pemangku kepentingan tersebut. Pendekatan AHP ini membantu menyelaraskan pendidikan vokasi dengan kebutuhan industri melalui proses perbandingan berpasangan yang digunakan untuk mengukur bobot kriteria dan subkriteria dalam menentukan prioritas intervensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyusunan kurikulum, penyediaan infrastruktur pembelajaran, serta pelatihan kecakapan hidup dan berkarir merupakan aspek utama yang membutuhkan keterlibatan dunia usaha dan industri. Model High Intervention dipilih sebagai alternatif terbaik karena menghasilkan keselarasan yang lebih tinggi antara kebutuhan DUDI dan lulusan vokasi. Penelitian ini juga menawarkan penggunaan metode AHP sebagai alat penting dalam pengambilan keputusan manajerial strategis untuk merumuskan kebijakan pendidikan vokasi.
