Abstract

Riset terdahulu atau riset yang relevan sangat penting dalam suatu riset atau artikel ilmiah. Riset terdahulu atau riset yang relevan berfungsi untuk memperkuat teori dan penomena hubungan atau pengaruh antar variable. Artikel ini mereview  Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja: Analisis Pelatihan, Lingkungan Kerja dan Disiplin, Suatu Studi Literatur Manajemen Sumberdaya Manusia. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini guna membangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variabel untuk digunakan pada riset selanjutnya. Hasil artikel literature review ini adalah: 1) Pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja; 2) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja; 3) Disiplin berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja;   4) Pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja; 5) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja.  6)  Disiplin berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dan 7) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja.
