Pengaruh Jam Kerja Fleksibel, Kerja dari Rumah, dan Kelelahan Kerja terhadap Work-Life Balance pada Karyawan Generasi Z di Indonesia

Pengaruh jam kerja fleksibel, kerja dari rumah, dan kelelahan kerja terhadap keseimbangan kerja dan kehidupan pada karyawan Generasi Z di Indonesia. Perubahan pola kerja menjadikan keseimbangan kerja dan kehidupan sebagai isu penting bagi karyawan Generasi Z. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh jam kerja fleksibel, kerja dari rumah, dan kelelahan kerja terhadap keseimbangan kerja dan kehidupan pada karyawan Generasi Z di Indonesia. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan survei eksplanatori. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring terhadap 150 karyawan Generasi Z yang memiliki pengalaman kerja fleksibel dan dianalisis menggunakan pemodelan persamaan struktural berbasis kuadrat terkecil parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jam kerja fleksibel dan kerja dari rumah berpengaruh positif terhadap keseimbangan kerja dan kehidupan serta menurunkan kelelahan kerja, sedangkan kelelahan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap keseimbangan kerja dan kehidupan. Kelelahan kerja juga memediasi pengaruh kedua praktik kerja fleksibel tersebut. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa fleksibilitas kerja meningkatkan keseimbangan kerja dan kehidupan jika kelelahan dikelola dengan baik.
