Abstract

Globalisasi membuat orang orang lebih mudah untuk berinteraksi dengan orang lain dengan budaya yang beragam. Cultural intelligence adalah faktor yang penting saat berinteraksi dengan orang lain yang berbeda budaya dan lebih memahami budaya orang lain. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui efek self efficacy terhadap pengembangan cultural intelligence yang berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan work engagement dan penurunan burnout. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah systematic literature review. Penulis menelaah artikel jurnal dengan melakukan pencarian di PsycINFO, Proquest, Science Direct, Google Scholar, dan Web of Science. Sebanyak 43 artikel jurnal ditelaah pada systematic literature review ini. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa self efficacy faktor penting dalam pengembangan cultural intelligence yang berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan work engagement dan penurunan burnout. Perusahaan disarankan untuk melakukan cultural training untuk mengembangkan cultural intelligence individu yang bekerja di lingkungan dengan kebudayaan yang berbeda beda.
