Abstract

Pendidkan pada saat ini harus mengedepanakan mutu dan kualitas outputnya. Karena pendidikan yang kurang bermutu pastilah akan ditinggalkan oleh masyarakat. Untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan haruslah terlebih dahulu mempersiapkan sebuah sistem yang unggul. Sistem tersebut meliputi; manajemen lembaga pendidikan, guru-guru yang berkualitas, serta lingkungan yang mendukung bagi terselenggaranya sebuah pembelajaran. Begitu juga yang terjadi dengan lembaga pendidikan Islam, dewasa ini lembaga pendidikan islam menjadi rujukan bagi orang tua untuk menitipkan anak-anaknya. Maka lembaga pendidikan islam juga harus mempersiapakan manajemen yang unggul, guru-guru yang berkualitas, dan menciptakan lingkungan yang ideal untuk menciptakan sebuah output yang bermutu sesuai dengan konsep Al-qur’an dan Hadits.
