Abstract

Riset terdahulu atau riset yang relevan sangat penting dalam suatu riset atau artikel ilmiah. Riset terdahulu atau riset yang relevan berfungsi untuk memperkuat teori dan penomena hubungan atau pengaruh antar variable. Artikel ini mereview  Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai, yaitu: Penilaian Prestasi Kerja, komunikasi, dan gaya kepemimpinan, suatu studi literatur Manajemen Sumberdaya Manusia. Hasil artikel literature review ini adalah: 1) Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai; 2) Penilaian Prestasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai; dan 3) Komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.
