Abstract

Transformasi digital telah mengubah lanskap hukum bisnis secara signifikan, terutama dalam konteks perdagangan elektronik (e-commerce). Perubahan ini menghadirkan peluang baru sekaligus tantangan hukum yang kompleks, seperti perlindungan konsumen, privasi data, dan perjanjian kontrak elektronik. Melalui studi literatur ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak transformasi digital terhadap hukum bisnis dan mengidentifikasi tantangan hukum utama yang dihadapi dalam perdagangan elektronik. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis, mengacu pada sumber-sumber hukum primer dan sekunder, serta kebijakan hukum terbaru di berbagai yurisdiksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong kebutuhan akan regulasi yang lebih adaptif dan dinamis dalam mengatasi masalah-masalah baru yang muncul dalam e-commerce.
