Pengaruh Social Support Terhadap Career Adaptability Mahasiswa Tingkat Akhir Dengan Career Decision Self Efficacy Sebagai Variabel Mediasi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh social support terhadap career adaptability mahasiswa tingkat akhir Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Negeri Padang dengan career decision self efficacy sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, di mana data diperoleh dari 100 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak Smart PLS versi 4.1.0.2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung, signifikan, dan positif antara (1) social support terhadap career adaptability, (2) social support terhadap career decision self-efficacy. (3) career decision self efficacy terhadap career adaptability. Temuan lainnya menunjukkan adanya pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan dari (4) social support terhadap career adaptability melalui career decision self-efficacy sebagai variabel mediasi. Dengan demikian, social support yang kuat dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri mahasiswa tingkat akhir dalam mengambil keputusan karir, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam beradaptasi dengan dunia kerja.
