Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis strategi employee engagement, komunikasi lintas budaya, dan pelatihan bahasa dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dalam pelayanan Haji dan Umrah. Penelitian ini melakukan review literatur secara menyeluruh pada jurnal bereputasi Q1 hingga Q2 periode tahun 2020–2025, sepuluh artikel yang relevan dengan topik penelitian diteliti. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan karyawan adalah faktor psikologis utama yang mendorong semangat, dedikasi, dan kinerja pegawai; komunikasi lintas budaya meningkatkan interaksi antar karyawan dan meningkatkan kinerja; dan pelatihan bahasa meningkatkan kinerja serta memiliki kemampuan adaptasi dan kepercayaan diri untuk melayani klien yang berasal dari berbagai negara. Terdapat kekurangan penelitian yang menguji ketiganya secara bersamaan dalam konteks pelayanan keagamaan. Selain menyarankan model integratif yang berbasis nilai religius dan budaya, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis. Ini juga memberikan saran praktis tentang cara lembaga penyelenggara Haji dan Umrah dapat mengembangkan strategi untuk meningkatkan kompetensi sumber daya manusia mereka yang berorientasi spiritual, profesional, dan multikultural.
