Evaluasi Program Pelatihan Basic Technical Course dengan Pendekatan Model Kirkpatrick di PT United Tractors Pandu Engineering

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi efektivitas program pelatihan Basic Technical Course untuk Material Engineer di PT United Tractors Pandu Engineering menggunakan model evaluasi Kirkpatrick pada tiga level: Reaksi (Level 1), Pembelajaran (Level 2), dan Perilaku (Level 3). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif-inferensial dengan sampel jenuh 17 peserta pelatihan offline. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert untuk Level 1 dan Level 3, serta nilai ujian akhir untuk Level 2. Hasil menunjukkan Level 1 mencapai grand mean 4,699 (Sangat Puas); Level 2 membuktikan rata-rata skor peserta sebesar 81,222 melebihi standar Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal 75 secara signifikan (t = 6,000; p < 0,001; Cohen’s d = 1,455); Level 3 menghasilkan mean keseluruhan 2,758 (Baik), dengan dimensi Penerapan Keterampilan sebagai satu-satunya dimensi berkategori Kurang Baik (mean = 2,447), mengindikasikan adanya kesenjangan transfer pelatihan. Program pelatihan terbukti efektif pada level reaksi dan pembelajaran, namun memerlukan mekanisme intervensi pascapelatihan yang terstruktur guna meningkatkan transfer keterampilan ke tempat kerja. Evaluasi ini hanya mencakup Level 1–3; Level 4 (Hasil/Results) tidak dianalisis karena keterbatasan akses data kinerja organisasional dan rentang waktu observasi.
