Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kelelahan emosional dan konflik peran terhadap kepuasan kerja di kalangan karyawan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Tais di Kabupaten Seluma, serta peran komitmen organisasi sebagai mediator. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dengan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) pada 235 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelelahan emosional dan konflik peran memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Selain itu, komitmen organisasi berperan sebagai mediator, di mana kelelahan atau konflik menurunkan komitmen, yang pada gilirannya juga menurunkan kepuasan kerja. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya membangun komitmen karyawan untuk mempertahankan kepuasan kerja di tengah tekanan emosional dan konflik peran.
