Efektivitas Program Shadowing dalam Meningkatkan Kompetensi Manajerial Calon Kepala Sekolah: Sebuah Studi Kasus di TK Negeri Pembina Kota Banjar Baru

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas program shadowing dalam meningkatkan kompetensi manajerial calon kepala sekolah di TK Negeri Pembina Kota Banjar Baru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa shadowing mampu meningkatkan lima dimensi utama kompetensi manajerial: (1) visioning dan keterampilan perencanaan berbasis data, (2) pengorganisasian sumber daya sekolah, (3) supervisi akademik yang membina dan reflektif, (4) pengambilan keputusan partisipatif dan solutif, serta (5) internalisasi gaya kepemimpinan demokratis, kolaboratif, inovatif, dan transformatif. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah bahwa shadowing dapat dijadikan model nasional dalam pengembangan calon kepala sekolah, khususnya di jenjang PAUD/TK.
