Inovasi Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dalam Memaksimalkan Kinerja Guru melalui Pemanfaatan Platform Ruang GTK: Kajian Systemic Literature Review (SLR)

Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru melalui pemanfaatan platform digital, khususnya Ruang GTK. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan mengkaji 12 artikel bereputasi yang diterbitkan dalam 5 tahun terakhir yang dianalisis secara komprehensif dan terstruktur. Berdasarkan kajian literatur, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang bersifat transformasional dan partisipatif berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan motivasi dan komitmen profesional guru. Selain itu, kepala sekolah yang aktif mendukung penerapan teknologi digital terbukti dapat memperkuat kompetensi digital guru, yang berdampak langsung pada peningkatan kinerja mereka. Ruang GTK sebagai platform digital terbukti efektif dalam memberikan pelatihan, evaluasi, dan pengembangan profesional bagi guru, meskipun beberapa tantangan dalam penerapannya, seperti keterbatasan akses teknologi dan resistensi terhadap perubahan, masih perlu diatasi. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya penerapan strategi kepemimpinan berbasis data serta program pelatihan yang berkelanjutan untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut, sehingga memastikan keberhasilan implementasi platform digital di lingkungan pendidikan. Rekomendasi yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini mencakup penguatan dukungan teknis dan evaluasi berkelanjutan untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan Ruang GTK dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran di sekolah.
