Abstract

Riset terdahulu atau riset yang relevan sangat penting dalam suatu riset atau artikel ilmiah. Riset terdahulu atau riset yang relevan berfungsi untuk memperkuat teori dan fenomena hubungan atau pengaruh antar variable. Artikel ini mereview  Determinasi Kepuasan Kerja (Y1) dan Komitmen Organisasi (Y2): Keadilan Distributif (X1) dan Keadilan Interaksional (X2), Suatu Studi Literatur Manajemen Sumberdaya Manusia. Hasil dari library risearch ini adalah bahwa: 1) Keadilan Distributif  (X1) berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (Y1);   2) Keadilan Interaksional (X2) berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (Y1); 3) Keadilan Distributif (X1) berpengaruh terhadap Komitmen Organisasi (Y2);   4) Keadilan Interaksional (X2) berpengaruh terhadap Komitmen Organisasi (Y2); dan 5) Kepuasan Kerja (Y1) berpengaruh terhadap  Komitmen Organisasi (Y2).
