Abstract

Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk melakukan analisis lebih lanjut terkait konsep Organizational Justice. Para ahli berpendapat bahwa persepsi Organizational Justice yang dirasakan oleh pegawai dapat memberikan pengaruh positif bagi sikap, perilaku, tindakan dan kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan dalam pekerjaan bisa didapatkan pegawai jika memiliki persepsi keadilan dalam pekerjaan. Makna keadilan tersebut berwujud pemenuhan hak pegawai atas upaya yang telah diberikan dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan untuk organisasinya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode studi pustaka, dimana data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa dokumen, jurnal, artikel, catatan - catatan, dan publikasi lainnya. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mereview jurnal – jurnal yang telah dipublikasikan dan bereputasi nasional serta jurnal internasional yang berkaitan dengan pengaruh Distributive Justice, Procedural Justice, dan Interactional Justice terhadap organisasi. Fokus utama dalam artikel ini adalah mereview pengaruh dimensi Organizational Justice. Hasil review terhadap penelitian terdahulu menemukan bahwa Distributive Justice, Procedural Justice, Interactional Justice paling banyak berpengaruh terhadap Job Satisfaction, dan dari ketiga dimensi Organizational Justice, dimensi Interactional Justice memberikan pengaruh paling signifikan terhadap organisasi.
