Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sinergi antara Evaluasi Dosen oleh Mahasiswa (EDOM) dan penerapan pembelajaran abad ke-21 dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran di perguruan tinggi. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini memperoleh data dari wawancara mendalam dengan dosen, mahasiswa, serta ahli pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi dosen memberikan umpan balik yang signifikan untuk memperbaiki metode pengajaran, sementara pembelajaran abad ke-21 yang menekankan keterampilan berpikir kritis, kolaborasi, komunikasi, dan kreativitas (4C) terbukti relevan dalam mempersiapkan mahasiswa menghadapi dunia kerja. Tantangan yang ditemukan meliputi infrastruktur teknologi yang tidak merata serta keterlibatan industri dalam pengembangan kurikulum. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya integrasi evaluasi yang berkelanjutan dan adaptasi kurikulum agar selaras dengan kebutuhan industri.
