Peran Green Human Resources Management Sebagai Pemediasi Hubungan Green Transformational Leadership dan Green Servant Leadership Terhadap Green Creativity Pada Jasa Hotel dan Pariwisata

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan bagaimana pengaruh e-service quality dan e-recovery service quality terhadap e-customer loyalty saat belanja online yang dimediasi oleh e Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) pada hotel di Kerinci dan Sungai Penuh baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 80 responden dari karyawan hotel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa green transformational leadership dan green servant leadership berpengaruh langsung terhadap GHRM dan green creativity. GHRM memiliki peran penting dalam memediasi hubungan green transformational leadership dan green servant leadership terhadap green creativity. Oleh karena itu, konsep GHRM memperkuat hubungan pertukaran antara karyawan dengan organisasi karena mereka peduli, mendukung, dan menghargai kontribusinya, ketika green servant leadership, green transformational baik, karyawan hotel lebih cenderung mengerahkan upaya mereka dan dengan senang hati terlibat dalam tugas-tugas yang ramah lingkungan. Pada akhirnya menumbuhkan kreativitas ramah lingkungan dari karyawan.
