Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh BOR (Bed Occupancy Rate), discharge before noon, ED conversion to IPD terhadap capaian LOS ED (Emergency Department). Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan data sekunder dari sistem registrasi dan EMR Discharge RS. Sample yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 182 laporan harian pada bulan Oktober 2023 sampai Maret 2024 dari total 12.738 pasien.   Metode penelitaan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan regesi linear berganda menggunakan sofware SPSS.  Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa BOR dan ED Conversion to IPD berpengaruh positif terhadap Length of Stay ED di rumah sakit X Surabaya, sedangkan Discharge Before Noon tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Length of Stay ED di Rumah Sakit X Surabaya
