Abstract

Riset terdahulu atau riset yang relevan sangat penting dalam suatu telaah ilmiah, berfungsi untuk memperkuat teori dan fenomena hubungan atau pengaruh antar variable. Artikel ini mereview faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku pembelian yaitu: harga, platform pembelian dan pandemic COVID-19, suatu studi literatur Manajemen Pemasaran Strategis. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini guna membangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variabel untuk digunakan pada riset selanjutnya. Hasil artikel literature review ini adalah:  1) Harga berpengaruh terhadap perilaku pembelian; 2) Platform  pembelian berpengaruh terhadap perilaku pembelian; dan 3) Pandemi Covid-19 berpengaruh terhadap perilaku pembelian.
