Abstract

Abstrak: Produktivitas adalah bagaimana menghasilkan atau meningkatkan produksi barang serta jasa secepat mungkin dengan cara memanfaatkan sumber daya yang efesien. banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas, baik yang berkaitan menggunakan tenaga kerja juga yang berkaitan dengan lingkungan berdasarkan kebijakan perusahaan dan pemerintah dalam meningkatkan produktivitas secara keseluruhan di pengaruhi dari beberapa faktor–faktor seperti Skill, Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini guna membangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variabel untuk digunakan pada riset selanjutnya.   Hasil artikel literature review ini adalah:  a) Skill berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas. Bahwa  apabila Tingkat ketrampilan meningkat maka produktifitas kerja akan mengalami peningkatan. b) Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas. jika hubungan antar motivasi lebih ditingkatkan maka produktifitas akan meningkat. c) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas. bahwa apabila perusahaan lebih memiliki manajemen produktifitas yang tinggi terhadap perusahaan maka produktivitas kerja juga akan mengalami peningkatan.
