Validasi Instrumen Pengukuran Organizational Justice, Burnout, Job Embeddedness, Dan Turnover Intention: Studi Pilot pada Tenaga Kependidikan Perguruan Tinggi

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan studi pilot yang bertujuan menguji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen pengukuran empat variabel dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia perguruan tinggi, yaitu organizational justice (20 item, X1), burnout (15 item, X2), job embeddedness (12 item, X3), dan turnover intention (9 item, Y). Instrumen diadaptasi dari Colquitt (2001), Maslach dan Jackson (1981), Mitchell et al. (2001), serta Mobley (1977). Subjek adalah 33 tenaga kependidikan perguruan tinggi. Validitas diuji menggunakan korelasi Pearson (corrected item-total correlation) dan reliabilitas menggunakan Cronbach's Alpha. Hasil menunjukkan seluruh 56 item valid (r hitung > r tabel = 0,344) dengan Cronbach's Alpha berkategori excellent: Organizational Justice (α = 0,956), Burnout (α = 0,926), Job Embeddedness (α = 0,919), dan Turnover Intention (α = 0,964). Analisis deskriptif menunjukkan organizational justice (M = 3,48) dan job embeddedness (M = 3,90) berada pada kategori tinggi, sedangkan burnout (M = 2,50) dan turnover intention (M = 2,25) berada pada kategori rendah. Temuan ini mengonfirmasi keempat instrumen layak digunakan dalam penelitian utama berskala penuh untuk menguji model mediasi.
