Pengaruh Motivasi Intrinsik dan Motivasi Ekstrinsik terhadap Perilaku Kerja Inovatif dengan Knowledge Sharing Behaviour sebagai Variabel Mediasi pada Instansi Sektor Publik di Kota Cimahi

Rendahnya perilaku kerja inovatif Aparatur Sipil Negara dalam organisasi publik menjadi tantangan dalam meningkatkan adaptivitas dan kualitas pelayanan publik, khususnya dalam menghadapi permasalahan lingkungan yang semakin kompleks dan dinamis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif melalui knowledge sharing behaviour pada pegawai di salah satu instansi publik di Kota Cimahi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 124 responden yang dipilih menggunakan simple random sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi intrinsik, motivasi ekstrinsik, dan knowledge sharing behaviour berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif. Motivasi intrinsik menjadi faktor yang paling dominan. Selain itu, knowledge sharing behaviour terbukti memediasi secara parsial pengaruh motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan model perilaku kerja inovatif Aparatur Sipil Negara melalui integrasi faktor motivasional dan knowledge sharing behaviour dalam konteks organisasi publik.
