Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji konteks krusial pemilihan sekolah untuk anak-anak berkebutuhan khusus, dengan berbagai faktor yang membentuk keputusan pelanggan di SLB Mini Bakti. Studi ini secara khusus menganalisis pengaruh citra merek, ulasan elektronik (electronic word of mouth/E-WOM), dan fasilitas terhadap keputusan pelanggan, dengan kepercayaan sebagai moderator. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif, yang dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM, studi ini mengungkapkan temuan penting. Citra merek, E-WOM, dan fasilitas secara langsung memengaruhi kepercayaan dan keputusan pelanggan; namun, kepercayaan tidak secara signifikan memediasi hubungan ini. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam pengambilan keputusan, orang tua lebih didorong oleh evaluasi pragmatis dan persepsi langsung terhadap citra institusi, rekomendasi digital, dan kualitas fasilitas yang nyata, daripada melalui konstruk kepercayaan sebagai faktor perantara. Secara teoritis, hasil ini mendukung kerangka kerja TPB, yang menyatakan bahwa sikap positif (tercermin dalam citra) dan kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan (tercermin dalam fasilitas) merupakan penentu yang lebih dominan dalam membentuk keputusan orang tua dalam memilih sekolah SLB.
