Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa besar Determinasi Nilai Pelanggan dan keputusan pembelian, dengan melakukan analisis terhadap kualitas produk, desain produk dan endorse produk, dari hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa masih banyak faktor lain yang mempengaruhi nilai pelanggan dan keputusan pembelian, selain dari kualitas produk dan desain produk pada semua tipe dan level organisasi atau perusahaan.
