Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengalisis factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dalam sebuah organisasi perusahaan, banyak faktor yang ditemukan dalam mencapai kinerja yang optimal, dari penelitian sebelum nya adanya pengaruh kepemimpinan dan tim kerja yang solid untuk menciptakan kinerja optimal dalam sebuah oragnisasi perusahaan, temuan dalam penelitian ini bisa dikatakan sebuah hasil yang dapat digunakan untuk meingkatkan kinerja yang efektif dan tepat sasaran, metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini tinjauan Pustaka dari beberapa artikel terdahulu yang relevan dengan judul penelitian ini.
