Pengaruh Big Data Analytics dan Internet of Things terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan Melalui Praktik Hijau Pada Perusahaan E-Commerce di Indonesia

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Big Data Analytics dan Internet of Things terhadap kinerja perusahaan e-commerce dengan praktik hijau sebagai variabel mediasi. Perkembangan e-commerce yang pesat menuntut perusahaan tidak hanya berorientasi pada kinerja bisnis, tetapi juga pada keberlanjutan lingkungan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Objek penelitian adalah pelaku e-commerce yang telah mengadopsi teknologi digital dalam operasional bisnisnya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi teoritis dan praktis mengenai peran teknologi digital dalam mendorong praktik hijau serta meningkatkan kinerja e-commerce secara berkelanjutan.
