Abstract

Pertumbuhan teknologi digital yang sangat pesat menuntun perbankan untuk lebih maju dalam bidang teknologi dan berpengaruh terhadap pelayanan jasa dunia perbankan yang mampu terus berkembang mengikuti kemajuan yang lebih modern hal ini dilakukan untuk membuat para nasabah merasa nyaman dalam menggunakan layanan dan jasa perbankan. Fasilitas jasa perbankan yang menggunakan teknologi digital disebut dengan E-Banking yang didalamnya terdapat Mobile Banking. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Menunjukan bahwa, dengan adanya kemajuan di bidang teknologi digital ini dan juga pemberlakuan protokol kesehatan nasabah dapat melakukan transaksi darimana dan kapan saja dengan cepat dan mudah, tanpa khawatir terjadinya penyebaran virus sehingga dapat lebih meningkatkan lagi volume transaksi yang terjadi pada suatu bank tersebut terlebih saat pandemi Covid 19 seperti sekarang ini. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini guna membangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variabel untuk digunakan pada riset selanjutnya. Hasil rumusan hipotesis adalah Strategi, Teknologi dan Mobile Banking berpengatuh terhadap Volume transaksi.
