Pengaruh Psychological Well-Being dan Perceived Organizational Support dalam Memediasi Job Insecurity Terhadap Work-Life Balance pada Karyawan Perhotelan di Batam

Job Insecurity (JI) berpotensi menimbulkan tekanan psikologis yang berdampak pada keseimbangan kehidupan kerja karyawan. Tujuan utama penelitian ini untuk mengkaji pengaruh job insecurity terhadap work-life balance yang dipengaruhi mediasi dari psychological well-being dan perceived organizational support. Pada penelitian yang dilakukan diterapkan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode survei terhadap 228 karyawan hotel berbintang di Batam. Data yang telah terkumpul dan dianalisi melalui metode Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) yang berada pada perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil dari penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa job insecurity tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap work-life balance, tetapi berpengaruh tidak langsung secara signifikan melalui psychological well-being dan perceived organizational support. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kesejahteraan psikologis dan dukungan organisasi memegang peran penting dalam menjembatani dampak ketidakpastian kerja terhadap keseimbangan kehidupan kerja karyawan.
